Today we should have all been arriving onsite for the 50th anniversary of the Glastonbury Festival, but we're instead having to deal with the varying phases of lockdown and the fact we can only celebrate the 50th anniversary online thanks to the BBC.
A lineup, and schedule is at the link below. It is very skewed towards sets from the last decade or so which is a shame as the main two stages have been being filmed since 1994 and local TV certainly filmed some sets, or parts of sets, going back to the very start in 1970.
However they are promising surprises, so from today you'll be able to start accessing the site and listening or watching everything they've done. A special treat will be Julien Temple's Glastonbury which has been apparently expanded to take in the 14 years since it was made.
